1. Eligibility

By subscribing, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country, province, or state of residence (18+ in Quebec, 19+ in most of Canada, 21+ in the U.S.). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the legal drinking age. If you are not of legal drinking age, do not subscribe to our list.

2. Purpose of Subscription

By subscribing to our mailing list, you consent to receive:

  • Early access to ticket sales
  • Giveaway announcements
  • Event updates and invitations
  • Promotions from our partners, including alcohol brands

3. No Account or Membership

4. Event Disclaimer

Attendance at BURT&BROTHERS events is subject to local laws and venue rules. Valid government-issued ID may be required at the door. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone not complying with age verification or responsible behavior guidelines.

By attending BURT&BROTHERS events or engaging with our brand, you agree to:

Violation of these standards may result in removal from our list and refusal of entry to future events.
