Refund Policy

BURT&BROTHERS

All ticket sales for BURT&BROTHERS events are considered final by default. However, we understand that unexpected situations can occur, and we will always do our best to assist with refunds or credits when possible.

Please note that issuing a refund or credit is not guaranteed and remains at our sole discretion. This policy ensures we can continue operating sustainably in the face of uncertain conditions, especially for large-scale or weather-sensitive events.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or credits will typically not be granted in the following situations:

  • Changes in weather or environmental conditions
  • Performer or lineup changes
  • Venue, date, or time changes
  • Transportation issues, illness, or scheduling conflicts
  • Government restrictions, emergency orders, or public health advisories
  • Force majeure events (e.g., acts of God, natural disasters, riots, strikes)

3. Event Cancellation

If an event is officially cancelled by BURT&BROTHERS and not rescheduled, we may offer refunds, credits, or transfers to a future event. These options will be communicated clearly via email and on our official website. In the absence of a cancellation notice, the original refund policy remains in effect.

4. Tickets Purchased via Third Parties

If your ticket was purchased through a third-party platform (e.g., Shotgun, Eventbrite, or a partner site), their specific refund terms will apply. We cannot issue refunds for tickets purchased outside our direct sales channels.

5. How to Request Support

If you are unable to attend an event or have concerns, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot promise a refund or credit, we will review your request in good faith:
